We have the same problem, everytime after restarting the pc, we need to reinstall ARM. Sometimes after reinstalling, a "new" version is found and it does update. After that process everything is working until you shutdown the pc :/ I thought maybe avast is blocking something but deactivati...

It works again at my girlfriends pc, seems that avast! also was blocking it.
