ARM isn't working for me after client restart

Since the last 2 weeks ARM hasn't been working for me. I can still launch the game from the application, but it isn't registering any damage at all.
This is a bit weird for me because when I reinstall ARM I get it to work once. The next time I launch ARM it won't work.. Now reinstalling every time I launch the game isn't very much of a solution and I was hoping you could help me find a more permanent solution..
