Can't upload files on PVERanks

Hello,

it seems I'm not able to upload any files to Aion PVERanks through ARM or AiDPS.

From ARM I get error "802" aka "cannot find Boss kill" error.

With AiDPS my session gets sometimes uploaded but it doesn't show up on my character's page (but I still get link to the existing page). I also get similar "can't find boss kill error" from AiDPS time to time.

I wouldn't mind it so much but it's impossible to get into groups nowadays if you don't upload every single session of Narakali/GoK.
