Window 10 taskbar

with win10 when you have rainmeter over aion, the taskbar on the bottom doesnt go away. =/

This comes with a Windows Update. AIDPS has the same problem.
I have no idea how to fix it.

I have another app of mine that works around this issue, but introducing the fix in ARM might cause more trouble. I'm working on another way to fix this for now~
