Player DB - warning

Hi,
Since v2.5 I don't get any warnings for players set in the database.
The current Setup decription still tells that a warning is shown.
The fearture was usefull to be alerted when crossing path again with "Bad" players(most of the time, players in group chasing a win but no pvp).
I tried to remove the PlayersDB file to create a new one but it is was still not working.
I miss the alert in the taskbar from previous versions.
