on one of my friend's pc, arm counts only of the first digit on this skill (Summon Whirlwind on EU server)
eg: he makes 3863 damage in game-> arm says 3 damage.
we uninstalled, reinstalled with fresh aionrainmeter folder in %appdata%, nothing changes. Options in arm settings are the same as mine.
on mine (and others) it counts fine.

Need some raw logs from NA client for that, both from the summoner and an external viewer seeing the damage on others and on herself. With the stigma changes last year it's harder to test stuff in NA client as I can't easily get the skills.
