on this statement it flags green. i not gonna delete avast just to install it again. as fare i can see is that befor latest update never ever a virus warning have come up. And even with all service deactive the warning of virus found is poping up. i have send the progam link to avast pro support for farder analysis.

The main reason is the exe compression by either UPX or mpress, some antivirus don't properly decompress and analyze the exe.

Also you can send you exe here https://www.virustotal.com/en/

it flags green there, which may be either by older or newer AV database than the current avast install.

Norton is a virus itself :D I recommend Kaspersky or NOD32, or if you need free then Microsoft's security essentials works pretty well too.

I had MSE but after some SSD change its not working anymore and I dont know why. It was instaled before an working perfectly then I bought a new SSD used Samsung magician to copy my old SSD on the new one and now its not working anymore. tyed to uninstal it and reinstal not working there is some registry key that didn't delete and now I can't delete them even if I try manualy :p. So im stuck with avast for the moment cause I dont feel like formatting right now ^^

i have AVAST Pro , not norton ( absolute crap ). but anyway, i sended the install file with all information what happen to AVAST Pro support. the found a code who can flag a virus detection. even when there is no virus or Trojan inside the files the code have some similarity. Avast will take it in consideration to add it into there database in the next updates.

The new update from today have no warnings at all and have worked perfectly.
