What server are you on? open ARM settings then click on "ping server", does it work?

I play on Deyla, this is my main settings:

On windows of "ping server", richiesta scaduta (ita) = Request Expired

Something is blocking the ping to the server, probably antivirus/firewall

Btw you need to put also "Yoizen" in the characters list

What's your antivirus? the fact you can't ping the Aion server even outside of ARM is a bit weird, something is wrong in your network

The problem is this: I don't have Antivirus on my PC :/ and on firewall i put exceptions for ARM

try this.. Windows+R then CMD to open the console, then type PING 79.110.83.66
