Unable to upload sessions to PvE Ranks website due to change name

Hello, my main issue is that I'm not able to upload anything because I changed my nickname lately into "Raw" from Grendal and there was another guy having this nickname before me and assigned on PvE Ranks his name.

The error I'm getting is:


Is there anything that you guys can do?

I will change your name. You are lucky that the current player "Raw" doesn't have any sessions, so we can just change it.

If you want to be sure that your character profile is bound to your character, you should upload at least one session with aiDPS. Then we will have a server wide unique ID, which we can always identify. With aiDPS you can also change your name by yourself, after uploading a session with that new name.
