Wind transform electro bolts

Using the wind transform skill electro bolts creates an error saying that the skill was used before the cooldown was over. that skill has no cooldown.

that skill has same name or id with the cleric high daeva version of thunder bolt (http://aion.mouseclic.com/wiki/skill/4778)
