hi i recently changed my name from shilwy to layyumi and after like 15 uploads it finally registered my new name on pveranks. problem is, it took over my old files, uploaded under the name shilwy and deleted all the new ones. please restore them! thank you

I am never deleting any session data, so do you remember one of the missing session ids?
BTW, the only way you can change your character name is by using aiDPS.
With ARM you won't be able to change your character name.
