ARM stopped working

I was logging in Aion today through ARM as usual and suddenly an error pops before it even opens saying it cant rename some file in its installation dir. I reinstalled ARM several times, every time during installation it keeps saying it has trouble renaming some file in the installation dir, I've searched for the file but it didnt even exist, dafaq is going on?

The screenshot shows the installer, not ARM itself.

Thats because I cant get to ARM itself anymore, if I press ignore and try starting it anyway, it shows

That looks very weird. Either you are trying to install on top of already running exe, or something is blocking it. If you have teamviewer I can check.

Well I uninstalled it thru control pannel before installing again, and manager shows no running processes that could screw ARM up so idk..
And yeah I got TV8 if you want gimme skype or something and check it.

Just as we finished someone else in game pm'ed me with the same issue, it seems the latest Avira is messing with the ARM exe.

If you need free AV I suggest Microsoft Security Essentials + Comodo Firewall.

It works again at my girlfriends pc, seems that avast! also was blocking it.
