Problem with ChaLog.

Hello, I can not enable Chatlog and I do not know why. I always say'' chatlog not found. '' Yet the Main Setting the I enable and tells me that it is enabled. I already tried to change the path of aion and I am already 6 different paths but the result is always the same. I followed step by step the actions written in the help section but nothing.
My operating system is Windows 8 and game servers Game Forge.

Enable chatlog while Aion is closed, then next time you login and enter with a character, the log will be created and picked up by ARM.
