Some problem with Chat.log

First, excuse me for my english..

I know all there is to know about the problems with Chat.log is on the site, but my problem is different.
For example , when someone hits to 5780 , my Chat.log displays 5?80. So ARM displays 580 because Chat.log can't read the second number.
*Edit : After several tests, I realize that this is not the second number that is the problem but the number in the hundreds. Because when I hitting at 23622, it appears on ARM: 2322.
"[Cyclone Strike I]: Dmg: 2322 Hits: 1 Crits: 0 Crit %: 0 Max Hit: 2322 Avg Dmg: 2322 %: 81"
Why ?
I've asked my friends if they have the same problem , but no one.
So i'm blocked.
I've never had it up there a few days.
Can you help me please ?

I've tried to delete and reinstall ARM, delete and hand over Chat.log.
but the problem persist.

Your client is buged, it writes on your screen 1 129 and 6 972 instead of 1'129 and 6'972. See mine:


Then your chat.log writes weird values for ARM.

Reinstall/Change your data.pack (test different lang etc...)

I did what you told me to do but nothing changes.
Damages are always displayed as "1 196" and not as "1'196".
Well, the damage had always been written this way, and I never had any problems.
Finally .. until there is 1 week.

Can you send me your chat.log? Also, what system-locale settings do you have?
Did you change Windows language to Jp/chinese/russian/korean or any non-roman language?
Did you change regional settings?

I've forgotten this point..
I've changed Windows language who was French, before , to Chinese.
I've done it to install another mmorpg..
I've think about it yesterday, I'll try to re-install ARM with Window language in French.
And I hope that it will work.

I uninstalled Aion thinking that the problems came from that.
(Before thinking the language of Windows).
