Rainmeter wont open

Hello i downloaded aion rainmeter but it wont start. I use windows 7 64 bit. Do i need to download anything else in order to start the program? Tried restarting and reinstalling the program a lot of times (Also restarting pc a lot of times).What can i do? can anyone help me?
